FUTURE ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE POLICY

If your sculpture ever has a minor or major break in the future due to an accident or mishap, please contact me and we can discuss options for repairing or remaking it, as long as I'm still alive and capable of making things. SHIPPING INFO

UNITED STATES

All packages are shipped with a flat rate cost per item, and depending on weight/if I can package items together safely, are either shipped USPS Priority OR USPS First-Class shipping (now called something else I can't remember the name of). Please expect 3--7 days or more for delivery depending on the shipping method, and possible shipping delays around the Holidays.

LOCAL BUYERS purchasing online will be required to pay for shipping. If coordinating a pickup of your order can't be done within 2 weeks of order completion, I'll simply ship it to you. If you pickup within 2 weeks, you will be refunded the shipping.

Purchases over $120 in the US, ship free.

INTERNATIONAL

All packages are shipped USPS International. Current rates start at around $25 and go up. Delivery times can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months or longer. NO LONGER SHIP TO UK. You can blame Brexit.

If shipping to your country is not possible for whatever reason, your order will be refunded in full.

All International buyers are responsible for any and all customs fees.

Purchases over $200 outside the US, ship free minus custom fees.

MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE PURCHASE

It's not always possible to package multiple fragile sculptures into one box without risking them being damaged in transit. HOWEVER, if I'm able to package them safely together, I reimburse shipping overages.

On the other hand, if you're only charged for one box shipping on multiple items I can't pack together safely for the cost, you'll be required to pay additional shipping.

CUSTOM ORDERS TIME AND SHIPPING

If you are waiting on a pre-order or custom, completion up to the time of being shipped will vary greatly. The listing itself will give the best estimate of time.

Pre-orders can be 6--8 weeks to complete.

Pet Replicas can be 2 weeks up to 2 months or more, depending on the amount of orders ahead of yours, and the speed at which we communicate what you'd like made. The faster I have your info, the faster the process.
WHAT TO DO
"MY PACKAGE/SCULPTURE ARRIVED DAMAGED!"
MAJOR BREAKS

If your package arrives crazy smashed due to USPS negligence,
PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING IMMEDIATELY:

BEFORE OPENING THE PACKAGE, take pictures of all sides, including the shipping label!

Open the box and inspect your item. If it, too, is damaged, take pictures of the inside damage as well as the sculpture(s) and ALL broken pieces if there are any.

If your item is fine upon inspection, there's no need to proceed with this list further.

If your item IS damaged, send all of your pictures to MiniMysticals@hotmail.com.

Please break up the photos into multiple emails in order to have them send properly. 18mb max attachment per email please and Title the emails "Damage 1 of X" (X for the number of emails you send in total).

I will file a claim with USPS and keep you updated on a status as things change!​

I can't offer refunds, only offer to remake a sculpture.​

DON'T THROW THE BOX OR PACKAGING AWAY.

​MINOR BREAKS
​
If your package arrives in great condition, but your sculpture has very minor damage (horn fell off, tip of a tail chipped off, etc), which is common due to the nature of the items and especially in hot weather, which can make the clay more flexible and prone to breaking, these small breaks are easily fixable with Gorilla Glue Gel.
With such minimal damage and a box in good condition, it's highly unlikely USPS will reimburse for damages, and it's not worth sending back to me to fix (which I would fix the same way I'm suggesting). You can send it to me to fix though, if you so choose. Please contact me either way!
If USPS won't cover damages
but item is beyond a Glue Repair
If the break is a bit more than something glue could fix, please contact me. I can work with you to either fix the original myself, or see if it's possible to do a remake if the damages are beyond normal repair. Either option you choose, you'll be required to ship the broken sculpture back to me.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - There's no cheap way to solve this. If it's worth it to you, you can pay shipping both ways to send me the original sculpture to fix, or pay for shipping again to send a remake. As much as I'd love to cover the cost of shipping, I simply can't afford to freely cover international shipping prices if USPS refuses to reimburse me for their negligence. I highly recommend trying to fix the damage with Gorilla Glue Gel first, and if you just can't then please contact me and I will work out the best solution with you! Hopefully this worst case scenario won't happen though!
