Important Info To Know
About Custom Mysticals

Your custom order will be in my art style. Big soulful eyes with a cute caricature-ish type look for creatures. Realistic is not something I offer.

The best thing to do is keep an open mind and allow for "Artist Interpretation" as much as possible. The more you expect to see the exact image you have in your mind, the more disappointed you'll be when the final product doesn't come out looking 100% like what you imagined.

Please expect that patterns and colors are only going to be about 70 - 90% exact, depending on how much pattern/color variation your request has, and based on the variations of color for different monitors & phone screens, pictures and quality of picture references provided to me, and the process of moving your idea/image/drawing into a handheld size model with different body proportions (bigger eyes take up more room on the head, for instance).

The more references you give me, the better I can re-create your idea.
If you want to give me full creative freedom, I can do that as well.

Things I CAN DO

Creatures: Both Fantasy & Realistic colored Mysticals - Dragons, Corgons/Corgis, Foxes, Ponies/Unicorns.

Any pose, depending.

Wings - Feathered, Dragon, or Fairy styles.

Horns, spikes, scales, fur.
-
Painted designs - simple or detailed.

Simple props - Pre-made or are simple to sculpt.

Couples: Permanently connected, or able to be separated.

Bonsai Bead trees on a clay stone. Choice of color mix, & wire/bead colors I have in stock.

Faux Stone Earrings - Any color mix you want.

Different poses or colors of something already made or made in the past.

Creatures are 2.5 - 4" in length/height, depending on pose, no smaller. I do slightly bigger if requested for a cake topper.

Bead trees: 2 - 3”.
Things I WILL NOT DO
-
Humans, in any capacity. You'll be referred to another artist who specializes in this already.

Copyright requests (IE: Disney, Marvel, Another Artist’s work, etc). If I make any fan art, it will be for a giveaway only.

Anything with clothing or tools/weapons/etc. These are time consuming and no fun to sculpt unless I make the decision to make them. I will consider really simple things like bows, hats, ties, etc, you'll just have to run it by me first. I can also use already made things like a little wedding veil for a cake topper if you have one to supply me with that I just attach.

Anything sexually explicit or deemed inappropriate for children.

Violence, unless it's done in a cute playful manner, like tail biting dragons or something.

Split payment plans over 4 weeks +10% convenience fee, is available. Just request it.

The work on split payment orders won't be started until payment is received in full.

Prices are determined based on complexity. IE: Earrings are more simple, and a crystal themed Ring Holder is more complex. Wingless all black dragon is more simple, and a wedding cake topper with an interlocking dragon couple is more complex. Add-on props to creatures are extra charges as well.

All orders over $75 ship free in the US.
Over $200 and International shipping is free, though some country restrictions may apply. All buyers will be responsible for any and all added customs fees. I don't ship to the UK anymore.

If available, you'll purchase a non-refundable deposit for the listing of your choice. This secures your spot in line, and pays for my time in discussions until we've solidified your order details and agree upon final pricing.

If the listing shows OUT OF STOCK, or you don't see a listing, all spots have been filled or I'm not taking orders.

After Placing A Deposit

Once your deposit is submitted, you'll receive an email asking you to send over your reference pictures, drawings, etc. Check your junk & spam boxes. You'll be notified of wait times there may be, if any, at this time.

When I'm ready to start solidifying your order details with you, I will contact you to begin discussions. Please note, if I contact you and you're not ready with your information, your order will be moved to the bottom of the list where you'll again wait until I'm ready to work on your order.

Once order details are solidified between us both, final price included, you'll receive a link to your final payment listing.

I will not ask for full payment until I'm ready to begin work on your order.

Please expect anywhere from 2 -- 6 weeks to complete your order once you've paid in full. I try to finish within 2 weeks, but sometimes life priorities can affect that.

Completed orders wanting to be picked up locally, will need to discuss with me first.

If for any reason I am unable to make or finish your Mystical due to unforeseen circumstances that render me completely incapable of finishing your order, you will receive a full refund, minus the deposit, UNLESS we haven't had discussions yet.

Each of my sculptures are completely handmade without the use of any molds and are tediously worked on to be as perfect as possible. I use Premo Sculpey for everything, being one of the more durable clay brands available.
